Funaro oil is produced from olives harvested by hand and washed in cold water, before being cold pressed. This process allows to preserve the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the oil. The oil has a light green color with golden yellow reflections. The nose has intense hints of artichoke and tomato leaves, typical of the Nocellara del Belìce variety. The taste is intense, enveloping and with a typical and captivating spicy finish. Rich in polyphenols, antioxidants, it is a healthy and beneficial product for health.
