Light lunch – I sapori del Belice
Guests are welcomed on the terrace overlooking the Belice valley and accompanied through the estate’s vineyards. Scents, flavours and emotions in the midst of a nature that we try as much as possible to preserve. The visit will continue in the cellar where the entire production process will be retraced and explained, from the arrival of the grapes to bottling and ageing in wood. Particular attention will be paid to the production techniques for ‘Spumante Metodo Classico’.
At the end of the visit, a buffet with mixed starters, a first course and a dessert will be organised.
During lunch, three wines will be tasted, two CRU and one Metodo Classico.
