The thirtieth edition of Millésime Bio, the international event dedicated to professionals in the organic wine, cider, beer, and spirits industry, will be held on January 30-31 and February 1, 2023, at the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier. There will be a digital preview session on January 23-24, 2023.
Millésime Bio is a democratic and inclusive event where all producers are presented in the same way, using the same exhibition format. Companies are distributed randomly, not grouped by region, to encourage encounters with diverse territorial expressions and production methods.
During the event, producers present their Crus, the range of wines, or new releases of the year, and it is possible to taste each label.
Only organic wines accompanied by copies of certificates of compliance with the organic production method issued by a recognized certification body can access the event.
This is an interesting opportunity for Cantina Funaro, which has always consistently believed in working exclusively organically.
They will present their line of unfiltered wines: Perricone, Inzolia, and macerated Zibibbo, as well as the wines Mondura, Pinzeri, and Omnis, prestigious expressions of the native grape varieties with which the company showcases the typicality of the Sicilian territory.
