Our production philosophy, strictly organic, perfectly blends tradition with innovation, opening the way to new experiments without losing sight of the roots.

Tasting of our 3 representative labels: Zibibbo Macerato, Grillo Riserva and la Vecchietta.

For an additional fee, you will also have the opportunity to taste our Metodo Classico, which in 2019 was awarded as the best Metodo Classico white of Sicily.

All accompanied by a cutting board with local delicacies.

This tour includes:

• visit to the winery
• guided tasting of three wines
• tasting of typical local products and our organic extra virgin olive oil
